What is your delivery area?
We proudly serve Miami-Dade and Broward County, Florida. Our delivery area includes Homestead, Florida City, Kendall, Cutler Bay, Pinecrest, Coral Gables, Miami, Hialeah, Doral, Miami Gardens, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, and surrounding communities.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery, setup, and pickup are included with all of our rental packages at no additional charge within our standard service area. For events outside our regular delivery zone, a small travel fee may apply.

How does setup and takedown work?
We handle everything! Our team arrives before your event to deliver and set up all rental items. We ensure bounce houses are properly anchored, tables and chairs are arranged to your specifications, and all equipment is clean and ready.
After your event, we return to take down and pick up everything. You don't need to lift a finger -- just enjoy your party.
What surface is required for bounce houses?
Bounce houses require a flat, level surface such as grass, concrete, or asphalt. The area must be clear of debris, rocks, and sharp objects. We need at least 2 feet of clearance on all sides, plus overhead clearance from trees, power lines, and other obstructions.
We cannot set up on gravel, sand, or uneven terrain. Our team will assess the setup area upon arrival to ensure safety.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans can change. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
In the case of severe weather (thunderstorms, high winds), we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. Safety is always our top priority.
How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental period is up to 8 hours, which is perfect for most parties and events. Need more time? Extended rental periods are available at an additional cost.
